The experiences of the British forces in the Boer War so impressed military tacticians that they were used for many years to teach ground unit tactics. We even studied the “Battle of Borkums Rift” at the 107th Armored Cavalry a century later.R
I thought the site was about forgotten weapons…
It is.
Topics like that are strictly correlated.

Charles de Gaulle was a great man for his country. There is a book “treates d’ esprit”, about his unique sense of humor in politics. It’s worth searching it in English if you don’t speak French.

Wow, he really looks taller in the movies!
