You may recall the Fusil Mexico from our initial post or followup – it is the interesting slide-action rifle that showed up at a Denver gun show a few months ago. Well, the owner has kindly sent us some more photos of the rifle, showing a lot more of its internal workings. How’s this for an odd interior to a manually operated rifle?
Those silver arms are for feeding cartridges, and they operate inside a magazine shell that is removed in this photo. The grooved rod on the left is the magazine indicator, which gives you a visual and tactile indication of how many rounds are left in the magazine.
There are a dozen more photos now, which can all be seen on the Fusil Mexico page in the Vault. Enjoy!
